My kids left their appointments asking if they could go back there everyday! It’s bright, comfortable & immaculately clean. All of the staff we’ve encountered, for phone calls and our visit, were so friendly and professional and great with my two kids (ages 5 & 3). Lisa and Sarah were amazing and I was honestly in awe of how great they were with my babies. A complete 180 from previous dental visits at other companies!

Super friendly staff! They are always very accommodating as well. Office is very clean with great design. It doesn’t even feel like a dentist office when you walk in. Would recommend if you are looking for a reliable dentist.

Just moved to the area and landed on this dentist by searching on Google. Honestly I was very impressed. The office is new, updated and clean. The staff was super professional and friendly and the office dog is the cutest thing! Loved it! Already told my husband he needs to make an appointment there.

I had my first experience today at North Billerica Smiles. It was great. The staff was very warm and welcoming as was The Dentist who came in to look at my tooth that has been bothering me for a month. He explained what he thought was going on and told me to go home and buy a water pik as he didn’t see any issue with my tooth. They have a great payment plan program if you are interested in that too. The office is cute. Set up with a couch and nice decor. Not your typical dentist set up. I liked it a lot and before I left made my first appointment for a future cleaning.

The staff was very friendly. I was never seen there before & they took me the same day I called with a toothache. Dr. Annese was thorough & explained the situation to me very well. I scheduled another appointment.
